What is the minimum age ?
We dont as such have a minimum age. But do bear in mind that we are also sometimes on public roads. So we ask you to make sure that all can handle the scooter. There will be a waiver you need to sign before taking off. If in doubt, please consult with us first.
Can i try the scooter before we decide ?
Yes, you are more than welcome to come have a try on the scooter before committing to the trip. We will teach you and coach you. Usually this takes place afternoon when today’s trip returns to the garage. Please let us now a little ahead if you want to try it out.
How do we cancel, and CAN we cancel ?
It depends on how you have booked your trip. If it was trough tripadvisor, GetYourguide, AIRbnb or any of the local agents you have to check their policies. If it was booked directly with us we accept cancelation the day before. Should you regret on the morning due to insecurity about riding we will give you a full refund. We aim to have happy travelers and can often find another date if something came up, so give us a message and lets find a solution.
Is it difficult ?
That’s like asking how big is a big bathroom 🙂 For some it’s a walk in the park, for some it’s like climbing the mount Everest. Riding a scooter is a coordination thing. We have 95 year old grandma’s riding here in Thailand along 8 year old kids. So difficult is in the eye of the rider 🙂 If you are in doubt come visit us and try it out. MOST people actually just need 10-20 min before riding like the most natural thing in the world. We would love to hear from you
